• You are the first contact for customers – friendly, professional and sales‑minded
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and add‑ons
• Prepare rental agreements and handle inquiries with a service mindset
• Meet/exceed sales goals and know the SIXT fleet and products

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in direct customer contact, retail or hospitality
• Fluent in English
• Flexible for shift work, weekends/holidays, full or part‑time
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong sales and upselling skills
