📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and improve sales training and enablement programs.
• Primary bilingual trainer for English and Spanish.
• Translate complex insurance and tech concepts into practical learning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive platform adoption.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences for internal teams, agency partners, and external

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Training, Enablement, L&D, or Sales Operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; excellent written and verbal skills.
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training.
• Experience coaching sales professionals, agents, brokers, or partners.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with LMS, webinar platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
