Pre-Award: PdM RGCS Senior Trainer Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Lead training development and instructor readiness for PdM RGCS CLS at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.
• Develop and maintain training products (POI, Instructor Lesson Plans, Student Guides).
• Prepare and certify instructors for Operator (OPNET) and Field-Level Maintainer (FLMNET) training.
• Coordinate fielding and NET events with gaining units and support field deployments as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Secret security clearance (must maintain).
• 8+ years in maintenance and training of fielded military equipment.
• At least 2 years as a certified military equipment instructor (FIFC, ABIC, ITC or equivalent).
• Experience with TRADOC Regulation 350-70 and ADDIE process.
• Proficiency in inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of complex systems.
• Strong ability to teach, coach, and mentor instructors; excellent organizational/communication
