📋 Description

• Senior Lifecycle Specialist focuses on offboarding and ER for Remote's external employees.
• Manages end-to-end exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Provides first-level ER support, guiding clients through workplace concerns.
• Drives process improvements aligned with Lifecycle goals and Remote values.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong background in exits, employment laws, and multi-jurisdiction guidance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• English fluency; additional languages a plus.
• Comfort with automation/AI and async work tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a global, remote team.
