• Offboarding across multiple jurisdictions with legal compliance and high‑quality client service.
• Provide first‑level Employee Relations support and guidance on workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliant offboarding and audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and AI‑driven enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HR Business Partner experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong track record in managing exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and communicate recommendations.
• Knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality skills.
• Business‑level English; additional languages a plus.
