Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding and ER duties for Remote's global client base across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients on workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle team to improve processes and automation.
• Ensure legal compliance and help coordinate payroll, legal, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to customer journeys and operational capacity in a fast-paced, async environment.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience with lifecycle exposure.
• Strong background in managing voluntary/involuntary exits with legal compliance.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality skills.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus; tech-savvy and autonomous.
