🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HR Business Partner experience with lifecycle exposure.
• Proven experience in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across
• Strong ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze HR issues, and communicate
• English proficiency at business level; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate asynchronously using evolving systems and tools.
