- Lead complex process improvement projects from goal to results.
- Agree with sponsors on savings, budget, quality, and deadlines; manage to goals.
- Lead governance for CI-tools and culture; broaden Lean Six Sigma use.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness; act as Change Agent for strategy deployment.
- Coach teams toward professional excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor/Master of Science in Engineering, Economics or Business Management.
- 8 years’ experience in Operations, Quality, Financial Management, or Supply Chain.
- Hands-on lean manufacturing, 6-Sigma, and advanced planning/control methods.
- Proven capability to manage and implement change management programs.
- Practical knowledge as Project Lead/Team member with accomplishments.
- Capable of leading and coaching a multidisciplinary team; cross functional collaboration; SAP/JDA
