📋 Description

• Own collection performance for the assigned geography and buckets; monitor portfolio movement and
• Lead, coach, and develop the collections team; set expectations and review productivity toward
• Manage collection agencies across the assigned geography; ensure capacity, productivity, and
• Own resolution and recovery targets; analyze MIS and metrics to identify gaps and take corrective
• Lead implementation of collection strategies across calling and field ops, including tracing and
• Ensure adherence to collection processes, RBI guidelines, and company policies; identify gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in collections, preferably across unsecured portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of the geography and local collections ecosystem.
• Experience managing large portfolios, collections teams, and agency partners.
• Strong understanding of recovery metrics, strategies, and portfolio performance.
• Data-driven, results-oriented, able to diagnose and solve challenges.
• Adherence to code of conduct and drive compliant, customer-centric collections.
