🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven exits experience (voluntary/involuntary) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strong interpretation of industrial instruments, research, and practical HR solutions.
• English proficiency at a business level; additional languages are a plus.
• Agile, autonomous, and able to collaborate asynchronously in a global team.
• Automation/AI fluency and interest in optimizing processes.
