📋 Description

• The key focus for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans
• Collaborates with onsite Recruitment Relationship Manager and client talent acquisition to develop
• Recommend enhancements to ensure recruitment strategy effectiveness and drive best practice
• Ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand throughout the recruitment process.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in given industry/function.
• Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies using job boards, associations
• Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within each search area.
• In-depth industry knowledge; ability to recruit across multiple functions/industries.
• Strong knowledge of technology (Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience knowledge of AGS client sectors is advantageous.
