📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and improve sales training and enablement programs
• Serve as primary bilingual trainer (English and Spanish) for internal teams, agency partners, and
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to translate complex concepts into

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Training, Enablement, L&D, or Sales Operations
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led and virtual training
• Experience coaching sales professionals, agents, brokers, or partners
• Strong facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency with webinar platforms (Zoom, GoToWebinar, Teams) and LMS

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay $82,717.20 - $108,566.33 per year
