🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the
• Qualifies in HR/labour relations/employment law is a plus.
• Proven background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and apply problem-solving to complex HR issues, often
• Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills; ability to lead
