Caregiver/HHA

📋 Description

• Provide personal care, household support and companion care to help adults stay safe at home
• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.)
• Meal preparation and feeding; light housekeeping; errands as needed
• Assist with ambulation and use of mechanical lifting devices; range of motion/exercises
• Offer medication reminders and ensure patient safety

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience required
• Exceptional candidates without experience may be trained
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience and respect
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned
