Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers from sale to service
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Field Technicians and Clients
• Ensure seamless transition and high-quality customer experience
• Oversee program rollouts, construction readiness, and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate installation journeys to drive long-term customer success
• Provide on-site guidance and field support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading large-scale system rollouts and cross-functional projects
• Hands-on field installation supervision and site readiness
• ERP/Project coordination experience
• Strong communication with internal teams and customers
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
• Experience in healthcare facility deployments a plus
