📋 Description

• Own collection performance for the assigned geography and bucket(s); monitor portfolio movement and
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-5 direct reports; set expectations and review performance to
• Manage 3-6 collection agencies across the geography; ensure capacity, drive productivity and
• Own resolution and recovery targets; analyze MIS and metrics, identify gaps, implement corrective
• Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and code of conduct for collections; address
• Collaborate with operations, risk, legal, analytics, and agency management teams to resolve

• Strong understanding of the region/state profile of customers across districts, including
