🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in treasury or related finance function
• Experience with banking operations, cash management, cash flow forecasting
• Experience managing KYC, bank documentation, and bank relationships
• Understanding of payment flows, ERP-driven finance operations, treasury controls
• Strong analytical skills with financial data and reporting
• Ukrainian fluency mandatory; English B2 essential
