- Supervise and support employees across multiple homes
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and high-quality service
- Lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staff development
- Oversee program operations, compliance, and audits readiness
🎯 Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
- Experience: 2–3+ years in IDD, long-term care, or community services; supervisory experience
- Program Knowledge: Person-centered supports; Medicaid/CIH/HCBS familiarity
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office; adaptability to new platforms
- Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver's license; compliant driving record
