📋 Description

• Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience; willing to train the right candidate
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Well-organized with multitasking and high-quality task completion
