Professional Services Operations Specialist (Southwest)

📋 Description

• Support Services and Project Mgmt with pre-sales tracking
• Assist with services delivery tasks under VP of Engineering
• Monitor reporting: pipeline, WIP, proposal status
• Coordinate with VRM for certifications and onboarding
• Manage SOWs, Change Orders, and vendor services
• Ensure accurate data in COGS, Salesforce, and Jira

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years IT/security or business experience
• Experience in services delivery or project management
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Flexible schedule; willing to learn AI-enabled tools
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
