🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of retail management experience in cosmetics/beauty.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in fast-paced retail.
• Strength in sales execution and operational excellence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of people management and team development.
