Provider Services Liaison

📋 Description

• Bridge between Workforce Solutions Child Care and local providers.
• Plan, coordinate, host trainings and luncheons.
• Handle procurement for Provider Services and some office purchases.
• Write and share child care information regularly.
• Coordinate surveys, events, and communications with marketing.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver educational opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or Associates in Business Admin/Marketing preferred; HS diploma required.
• 6 months procurement and/or doc management experience.
• Experience in events, trainings, or special projects is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication; social media knowledge helpful.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; culturally aware.
• Detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
