📋 Description

• Lead a team of Cultivation Associates in vegetative garden tasks and ensure compliance, safety
• Support mother plant care, cloning, inventory control, andFlower garden support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; 1 year of relevant team leadership experience
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work 8-10 hours per shift.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and maintain confidentiality as required.
