Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the assigned program(s) for individuals with IDD
• Mix of direct care and supervisory duties
• Manage operations, medical, financial, and maintenance aspects
• Develop goals and plans, monitor program implementation
• Ensure staff orientation and ongoing training
• On-call availability; schedule may include weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
• At least 1 year full-time direct IDD experience
• At least 2 years in management with IDD exposure
• Strong decision-making, time management, communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful background clearance
