• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers, acting as first contact for hiring needs.
• Collaborate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach or mentor supporting staff.
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and ambassador for the AGS brand.
• Manage requisitions with accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with client processes.
• Provide guidance to RSSs and RCs, monitor activity, and forecast volume.
• Coach candidates; deliver timely, honest feedback and strategic solutions.
