Associate Project Manager

📋 Description

• Manage multiple IT and Professional Services projects for the AMS region.
• Coordinate project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead regular project meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for successful delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• +3 years in hands-on project management in IT/software/cybersecurity environments.
• Experience across full project lifecycle and AMS/Americas region time zones.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, Rocketlane or similar tools.
• Availability to work a late/shifted schedule for AMS hours.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban and traditional PM approaches.
