Program Director

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage assigned program(s) for individuals with IDD
• Mix of direct care and supervisory duties
• Coordinate operations: medical, financial, and maintenance
• Monitor goals and program implementation
• Ensure staff orientation and ongoing training
• Flexible schedule; on-call weekends/odd hours

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
• At least 1 year direct experience with IDD participants
• At least 2 years in management with IDD experience
• Strong decision-making, time management, and communication
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful background clearance
