📋 Description

• Work across the organization to create a differentiated, self-service customer experience
• Drive cross-team efforts to select and build the right platform
• Coordinate and manage the central plan for content, process, and experience design
• Launch and enhance the online, self-service product via Training @ Scale
• Design pricing, licensing, and revenue model aligned to goals
• Establish feedback loops for rapid iteration and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or workflows
• 5+ years of complex global program management
• Product management and strategy experience preferred
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• 5+ years with cloud platform technologies
