Director, Revenue Controls

📋 Description

• Own the control environment over the order-to-cash cycle for revenue, including design
• Maintain narratives, SOPs, and process maps; ensure accuracy through system changes
• Collaborate with Billing, AR & Collections, Deal Desk, and Revenue Accounting to keep
• Shape controls over usage capture, rating, contract-to-billing accuracy, invoice completeness, cash
• Identify reports/IPE scope within revenue and validate completeness for controls and close
• Partner with IT, third-party providers, and Internal Audit on automated controls and governance

🎯 Requirements

• SOX 404 readiness experience in public/private company environments
• Bachelor’s in accounting/finance or related field
• Deep SOX experience over revenue and order-to-cash; can design controls and validate audit evidence
• Experience as business owner on revenue system implementations, UAT, and data reconciliation
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 and how contracts, usage, and billing translate to revenue
• Experience with consumption/subscription revenue models and high-volume data
