🎯 Requirements

• HR BP with multi-country experience; CRO/pharma and PV preferred
• Degree or HR qualification (BA/BSc or higher)
• Comfort across time zones, cultures and regional nuances
• Experience in workforce planning, org design, talent and change
• Data-driven with ability to turn insights into action
• Strong relationships with senior stakeholders
