🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a Finance Operations role with escalation management experience.
• Autonomous, responsible, and able to own tasks end-to-end.
• Decision-making under ambiguity; form a view and act without all answers.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Upflow, Gainsight, and Google Suite.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is a plus.
