📋 Description

• Arrange shipping and associated logistics requirements for all property.
• Work with Pre Sale and Post Sale teams to deliver an integrated client experience.
• Monitor and respond to quote requests within service levels.
• Address shipping inquiries and resolve issues to successful conclusions.
• Obtain quotes from shippers and related providers and select best option.
• Assess shipment requirements (transport method, packing) and record in system.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of industry experience
• Strong knowledge of logistics, packing methods, transportation, and regulatory compliance
• Action oriented, client-focused, deadline-driven
• Proactive communicator and solution oriented
• Comfortable with client interactions and client-facing teams
• Excellent client service, calm under pressure, quick learner
