• Support HR systems and employee experience
• Maintain HR technology landscape and provide daily support
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, HRIT across regions
• Deliver system enhancements aligned with priorities
• Perform troubleshooting and continuous improvements
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 0+ years in HR technology or related fields
• Exposure to system implementations, integrations, or change initiatives
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or design thinking
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
• Experience supporting global or multi-country environments
• Familiarity with HR processes including talent acquisition and payroll
