• 1+ years leading teams, projects, or people.
• 2+ years in aerospace/aviation/marine/auto tech roles.
• Experience with spacecraft integration and component test is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
