📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Coordinate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach/mentor RSS, TA, RC
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and brand ambassador
• Direct sourcing and manage requisitions to meet KPIs
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers
• Aid in risk, compliance and trend analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience
• Behavioral interview experience
• MSAs and SOWs understanding
• Multiple searches/stakeholders management
• Analytics driven and data to action
• Influence without authority
