- Provide post-sales technical leadership to clients
- Onsite at customer in NY
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Guide adoption of Forward Platform with customers
- Assist customers through adoption stages; support issue resolution
- Travel ~10%
🎯 Requirements
- B.S. Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years in a post-sales engineer role in networking or related field
- Willing to onsite at customer locations in Charlotte, NC (hybrid)/ Jersey City, NJ/ NYC
- Strong networking and security fundamentals
- Experience with multiple vendors (A10, Arista, Cisco, F5, Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
