📋 Description

• Customer service and sales in a jewelry studio environment.
• Greet customers, check in, book appointments, and answer questions on products and piercing
• Upsell Rowan products, maintain product knowledge, and help meet sales targets.
• Keep studio clean, stocked, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges; assist with inventory and displays.

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or service experience a plus; ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong communication, basic math, and team collaboration skills.
• Comfort with lifting up to 25 pounds and standing a full shift.
• Customer-focused, friendly, and able to thrive in a busy environment.
