- Snowflake seeks an organized Talent Management Program Manager to support global talent programs
- Own logistics for performance reviews, talent and succession reviews, and employee listening
- Serve as system administrator for the Voice AI 360 platform and coordinate cross-functional
- Partner with Procurement and Finance on SOW reviews, purchase orders, budgets, and invoicing for
- Build scalable processes and ensure large-scale programs run smoothly across global teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in HR coordination, talent operations, or program management.
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent).
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- AI native mindset and comfort with integrating AI tools into workflows.
- Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Google Workspace, HRIS platforms (Workday a plus), and emerging HR tech (Voice
