Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver

📋 Description

• Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including
• Assist with activities of daily living, household tasks, meal prep, shopping, budgeting
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and promote independence.
• Support individuals in achieving goals outlined in their ISPs and document progress.
• Observe and communicate changes, concerns, and progress to supervisors and team members.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community outings as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to assist individuals with personal cares and activities of daily living
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or squat for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs
