Line Leader

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage total operation of production line within safety, quality, and cost parameters
• Serve as customer liaison and ensure customer quality requirements are met
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for increased productivity and quality
• Drive to key performance goals for production lines
• Collaborate with various departments on short term and long term projects

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years supervising people and processes in manufacturing
• Experience in glass container manufacturing preferred
• Understanding of Flow Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement/Kaizen
• Availability to support 24/7 operations
