📋 Description

• Lead transformation and ongoing development of EXANTE's contract lifecycle management (CLM)
• Operate in a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environment with contracts across clients, vendors
• Establish an operating model, roadmap and processes; drive implementation and adoption across
• Own relationship with Juro and implementation partners; translate business requirements into clear

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, procurement systems or related field.
• Proven CLM implementation or major transformation experience with platforms such as Juro, Ironclad
• Strong data governance: contract data models, taxonomies, workflows, permissions and reporting.
• Experience in multi-entity/multi-jurisdictional organisations; financial services or regulated
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.
