📋 Description

• Lead store guest experience and sales targets on the floor and back of house
• Oversee Sales & Service team; coach for product education and guest connection
• Partner with GM to implement store strategy and budget plans
• Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a clean, inviting store

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand/move during shift
• Agile, multi-tasking skills with ability to work in a changing environment
