📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters during vacancy intake sessions to understand technical
• Develop detailed sourcing strategies and Master Sourcing Plans based on role requirements, market
• Translate job descriptions into effective search queries and proactively identify candidates
• Analyze resumes and online information to identify relevant candidate patterns, assess eligibility
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for semiconductor and other assigned recruitment
• Engage prospective candidates through online and phone outreach, establish relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4+ years of professional experience in talent sourcing and screening, with at least 3 years of
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, social media platforms, professional networks, job boards
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions across one or more industry
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability
• Strong analytical and research capabilities, including the ability to interpret job requirements
