📋 Description
- Lead operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement of global broad-based
- Establish scalable processes for compensation planning, salary structures, market pricing, and job
- Oversee pay equity, transparency, compliance, and compensation technology.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Technology, Talent Management, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR
- Utilize data, automation, analytics, and AI to strengthen compensation decision-making and
- Build and lead a compensation administration function as the role matures.
🎯 Requirements
- 10–12 years of progressive compensation experience in global administration, planning, governance
- Experience across multiple countries/regions with global compensation practices and regulatory
- Deep knowledge of salary structures, market pricing, annual planning, and governance.
- Strong expertise in job architecture, career frameworks, and job governance.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and data translation to actionable insights.
- Experience with compensation systems, HRIS, Power BI or BI tools, automation, and AI capabilities.
