📋 Description
- Own high-profile customer orders: entry, status, release tracking, and reporting
- Manage orders across RX, OTC, and other product types including serialized items
- Resolve shipping, billing, and pricing discrepancies and correlations
- Collaborate with AbbVie partners to meet sales/revenue objectives
- Generate standard/ad hoc reports to monitor data and performance
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or 3-5 years customer service experience
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and pharmaceutical regulatory concepts
- Proficient with Excel (pivot), SAP/ERP, and SharePoint
- Experience leading meetings and interacting with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
