Senior IT Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Plan, design, and support IT tooling for end users
• Administer SaaS apps and IT infrastructure
• Onboard/offboard users and manage access
• Collaborate with business units on hardware/software solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and improve processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Google Workspace, OKTA (+ Workflows), Slack, JIRA
• GAM or similar for bulk Google Workspace tasks
• Kandji or similar Mac MDM tooling
• Design/implement tools for macOS/Linux/Windows support
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Desire to learn and teach others
