- Lead commercial legal support for APAC business.
- Partner with GTM, Partnerships, Procurement, Finance, Product, Ops, Security, Infra, and
- Negotiate high-impact agreements and scalable frameworks.
- Advising on commercial, product, regulatory, and privacy issues.
- Develop processes to enable responsible growth.
- Collaborate with OpenAI’s global legal team across jurisdictions.

- 10+ years in-house or tech-focused law firms.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience.
