📋 Description

• Lead and enhance local Ethics & Compliance Program aligned with AbbVie standards and regulatory
• Partner with affiliate leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen integrity culture and
• Serve as primary in-country advisor on anti-corruption and broader compliance matters; support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Law, Business, Finance, Audit, Regulatory, or
• Minimum 10 years of professional compliance experience; 2+ years in leadership, prioritization
• Strong experience designing and sustaining compliance programs; multinational and highly regulated
• Fluent Spanish and Advanced English.
• Technical knowledge in: compliance program design and execution, anti-corruption (FCPA), internal
