📋 Description

• End-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies from briefing to placement.
• Maintain candidate and vacancy records in ATS/recruitment trackers.
• Monitor activity, pipeline progress and sourcing metrics.
• Coordinate with Australian clients on role requirements and preferences.
• Build candidate pipelines via sourcing and outreach campaigns.
• Coordinate interviews, salary discussions and references.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, agency/outsourcing or high-volume.
• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing/outreach.
• Boolean/search techniques and proactive candidate identification.
• Experience with ATS/CRM (Lever) and candidate databases.
• Excellent English communication; stakeholder management.
