📋 Description
- Lead M&A transactions involving renewable energy projects and portfolios (solar and battery
- Manage transactions from planning and due diligence through negotiation, documentation, and closing.
- Lead M&A due diligence reviews; analyze EPCs, O&M, PPAs, and related contracts.
- Manage multiple transaction workflows; track deadlines, deliverables, risks, and priorities.
- Identify, engage, and coordinate subject matter experts during transactions.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize transactional and supporting legal documents.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of law firm experience serving clients in renewable energy or related industries.
- Substantial experience leading acquisitions and dispositions of renewable energy
- Strong knowledge of EPCs, O&M, PPAs, and related project contracts.
- Experience in the solar and/or battery storage sectors is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage complex transactions, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee associates and experts.
- Excellent deal management, drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary of $220,000+, with final compensation based on experience and market factors.
- Published compensation range of $235,000–$280,000+, depending on experience.
